As per some behavioral experts, a person's character is set from an early age. And as we observe every human being is same in some sense and different in the other.

Nature has endowed each one of us with unique abilities and proclivities. The society, however, strives to categorize/compartmentalize us humans.

So, it's not hard to imagine that there is a constant tension between ourselves and what our social lives entail. On one end, we'd avail personalized services (for-example in, education, medicine) and on the other end, we can find ourselves adhering to common services.
