The extent to one's agency lie depends on many social currencies, like position (or status), fame, power and wealth. One may be creative, influential, ingenious, diligent, resilient and yes, may be very individualistic. But they largely remain subjective until there is conversion from individual traits into social currencies and that transpires when one takes on the world.

Caution, seeking position (or status), fame, power and wealth in themselves is problematic as it inclines us to short term-ism. In other words, social currencies are ephemeral.

So, what do we need to focus on? What is non-ephemeral? What's there to stay?
